I am a very active tennis player playing 5 times a week and hiking most weekends. But no matter what I did I still had a tummy and my arms were not firm. When I came to Perfect I wanted to concentrate on my jiggly triceps and flatten my tummy. I went 1 time a week and with the help of Leondra and Michele I have achieved my goal. This is pretty amazing when you consider that I have been doing 200 sit-ups every morning for the last 3 years and I was able to see improvement in 3 months with Perfect Workout. more

I started training with Nicole at The Perfect Workout once a week for the past 3 months and I'm excited. I feel great after each workout. I noticed incredible results all over my body. Though I haven't lost much weight on the scale, I have lost 3 inches on my waist and I feel more toned all over my body. Even my cellulite is reduced and is less obvious, something that I haven't achieved in the past, no matter what workout I tried. I definitely recommend The Perfect Workout! more

The Perfect Workout is just what the name says - perfect!\r I never got the same results going three times or more to a traditional gym that I get from just one 20 minute Perfect Workout a week. The atmosphere is personal & professional; there are no distractions so you can just focus on your workout. Nicole and Jodi keep you motivated and make sure all exercises are performed correctly. The Perfect Workout proves that being 85 years old is not an excuse to avoid exercise! I have a heap of injuries - a torn meniscus, a bad shoulder, and my left arm is extremely weak, especially my hand, due to arthritis. When I first started several months ago I fatigued so easily. Now, I feel my strength returning to my whole body - arms, legs, and core. My physical therapist has even released me from my hand-strengthening exercises. I can go up stairs easier, I can carry my groceries, and I feel 100% better. I suggest you try it too! more

When I started the Perfect Workout I had no weight loss goals; I wanted to regain the functionality of my body. It was almost impossible for me to get up from the floor. My legs and back were so weak it was hard to walk or stand for long, and I felt my sense of balance starting to wane. It didn t take long before I could feel my strength returning to me, especially in my legs. Overall, my muscle tone, my strength, my energy and my feeling of well-being have increased significantly. I feel confident walking up a flight of stairs again!! I highly recommend The Perfect Workout to anyone wanting to get their body back! more

I am in my 70's and have a history of low back and neck issues, have had a hip replacement, frequently get tension migraines, and I also have scoliosis and Hashimoto's disease. I first tried The Perfect Workout in April of 2011 but was hesitant to commit. Almost a year and a half later, I found myself in even worse shape and unhappier than ever with my body. I decided to commit this time! After just three months I have significantly less tension in my neck, have less back pain, and feel so much stronger going up stairs. It is easier to walk on the treadmill now and I can put my check-in luggage in the overhead compartment on my own! Overall, I feel stronger and can feel my arms and legs getting firmer. Without a trainer I would have never known the correct form or technique or even where to start! Definitely recommend the Tustin studio at The Perfect Workout!!! more

The Perfect Workout is the best workout that I have ever done. In 20 minutes two days a week I get a full body workout and I feel real good after each session. My personal trainer Nicole is very professional and strives to help me reach my goals. I have been working out here for almost a year and a half and I love it. I have toned up everywhere, lost about 10 pounds, 10 inches and have gained strength and bone health. My clothes feel better and over all I feel great. I cant imagine doing any other form of exercise and look forward to my training twice a week. I highly recommend this to everyone. more

I am not a patient person, and I know that there are no quick fixes to anything, but The Perfect Workout is pretty quick! I was diagnosed with MS 25 years ago and have been using a cane to get around. Finally, I decided to do something about it. I began slow-motion strength training in July 2011 and already felt stronger and more energetic after just a few sessions. Now, after more than a year, I feel terrific! I have been able to cope with the fatigue that comes with MS as well as improve my balance. I have gone from 90 pounds to 230 pounds on the leg press! I've also lost over 10 pounds and love the changes all over my body!! I can't say enough wonderful things about TPW - I tell everyone about it!! more

I started training at The Perfect Workout in the fall of 2011. Since then, I have dropped from a size 12 to a size 8 and am on track to be in a size 6 soon! In the past I have always had plenty of excuses not to work out - as a nurse I work long hours and am exhausted after a shift. However, after my workouts I feel energized and less stressed. Strength training has also greatly improved my strength - I can carry around my 40 pound daughter easily now, which is something I was unable to do previously. I also recently took up surfing and have noticed a great deal more strength in my legs. One of the things I love most are all the compliments I get on how good I look! The Perfect Workout is the very best strength training program I have ever experienced. What attracted me to this is that it only takes 20 minutes 2 times per week and I don't know who couldn't fit this in their schedule. The results I have gotten from this program are amazing! \r \r My upper body is stronger than it has ever been and I no longer injure my back when I lift things like before. I have lost 10 lbs and 11 inches along with my body fat being lower than it has ever been. I look stronger and I feel stronger.\r \r Nicole at the Tustin studio is my personal trainer and I couldn't do this and get these results without her. She is the perfect coach and knows just when to push you safely and effectively. I don't have to worry about injuries. An appointment with a personal trainer was what I needed to provide the incentive to stick with an exercise program. After exercising with The Perfect Workout for the past 6 months, I feel stronger, have lost a few pounds and I fit into a smaller clothing size. I look like I have muscles on my upper arm instead of flab, and it is much easier to pick up my 16lb dog when he refuses to walk. As a nurse, I frequently bend from the knees and it is much easier now to spring back up again. The personal trainers here are great since they monitor your progress, appropriately increase the difficulty of the exercises, and offer much needed encouragement. more

I have been an enthusiastic client of Perfect Workout for over one year, so I believe I can offer an informed opinion of the benefits of the program. Previously I had, from time to time, worked out at home on exercise equipment and in mostly unsupervised corporate fitness facilities. Working out with Nicole in Tustin, I came to really appreciate the value of a personal trainer who knows the program and who has helped me to obtain maximum results in a relatively short time. Great emphasis is placed on doing the exercises properly and slowly, and this has helped me to progress steadily and avoid past injuries from trying to do it on my own.
