I started training at The Perfect Workout in the fall of 2011. Since then, I have dropped from a size 12 to a size 8 and am on track to be in a size 6 soon! In the past I have always had plenty of excuses not to work out - as a nurse I work long hours and am exhausted after a shift. However, after my workouts I feel energized and less stressed. Strength training has also greatly improved my strength - I can carry around my 40 pound daughter easily now, which is something I was unable to do previously. I also recently took up surfing and have noticed a great deal more strength in my legs. One of the things I love most are all the compliments I get on how good I look! Thank you Perfect Workout!
