When I started the Perfect Workout I had no weight loss goals; I wanted to regain the functionality of my body. It was almost impossible for me to get up from the floor. My legs and back were so weak it was hard to walk or stand for long, and I felt my sense of balance starting to wane. It didn t take long before I could feel my strength returning to me, especially in my legs. Overall, my muscle tone, my strength, my energy and my feeling of well-being have increased significantly.
