I have been an enthusiastic client of Perfect Workout for over one year, so I believe I can offer an informed opinion of the benefits of the program. Previously I had, from time to time, worked out at home on exercise equipment and in mostly unsupervised corporate fitness facilities. Working out with Nicole in Tustin, I came to really appreciate the value of a personal trainer who knows the program and who has helped me to obtain maximum results in a relatively short time. Great emphasis is placed on doing the exercises properly and slowly, and this has helped me to progress steadily and avoid past injuries from trying to do it on my own. Perfect Workout is 5 Star rated in my opinion.
