This is a great new place with a nice menu of soups, salads and sandwiches. It is a bit prices, but very much worth it. They make the salads in your presence and you get to choose from a wide variety of tasty and fresh toppings. They've come up with some rally great salad combinations as their own, as well as sandwiches. My favorite is the grilled salmon BLT. It is fabulous. I haven't tried their soups, but they look excellent. The also have a great looking breakfast menu, which I plan to try soon! more

Very impressed 4/6/2006

I was very impressed with this restaurant. It is new to the Kansas City area. They have a wide variety of salads for about $7.00 and you get to choose your lettuce (iceberg, romaine, spinach, etc) and then choose five mix-ins (cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, pecans, croutons). They also serve awesome sandwhiches, my co worker ordered a salmon BLT and was very pleased. The prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. more
