I have been bombarded with insects and pests for the last 8 months to no avail. I have spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals and treatment aids in an attempt to mitigate my damages; exterminators have been to my apartment with management and/or office staff and they have not curtailed the problem, I have found that boric acid seems to be the most effective solution to keeping the insects and pests to a minimum but we are still incurring problems, I had to be treated for mite bites and some other insect bites, my grandchild has been bitten on several occasions and so have family members who have spent the night. Our apartment becomes a gathering place for nocturnal insects and pests that eat and bite on us for a meal. It has been horrible since November, 2012 and has gotten worse ever since. I have been patient enough with the exterminators and management regarding these matters, but they have not resolved these issues despite my having numerous videos, pictures, sticky traps that they provided full of insects and pests some of which are unknown even to the exterminators. If you read this review and need pictures, please don't hesitate to send me a private email and I will forward you proof of insects and pests crawling around the apartment, bites on household members etc. Safety has been an issue, I have a single female that lives below me in the next section and I was standing on my patio and I noticed a Indian/Pakistani guy walk over to a tree between our units and he hid himself behind it until a passing car headlights captured him in their view and he jumped over the females patio and proceeded to pull on her door in an attempt to open it, I yelled down to him ""what are you doing, and he took off"" this female had just came home about 3 minutes prior to him attempting to get inside her apartment [of course I informed the young lady as she came outside/ I had watched her coming in after work and informed her to be safe walking outside alone late night]; an Asian couple was robbed by a Black male at gunpoint right outside of their front door and HPD was called; trash overflow has been a problem; numerous car break-ins and theft has occurred, people with loud music after 10:00 p.m. is a problem; there have been a couple of incidents with people who have rented the club house or pool area that take it upon themselves to be rude to residents who try to find parking because whenever there is a party or event in the clubhouse or pool residents cannot find a place to park; clubhouse events began with a few people then escalate to 100 to 200 people running around the complex that don't live here and they are rude, obnoxious and violent; the grounds are kept up with the exception of people who have not paid a pet fee dogs crapping everywhere and they don't bother to pick up the crap some areas are so inundated with dog crap that the breezeways even smell like crap, there are several pit bulls on the property and even though you bring these matters to management, nothing gets done to fully resolve the pet issue; they have 2 medium sized dumpsters that are constantly overflowing, it would be easier to get 2 large dumpsters to prevent such incidents; some areas are dimly lit and others have no lighting at all, especially near the back fence, there is NO LIGHTING, the security cameras don't work, I was told that they worked when I moved in, but soon after our vehicle was damaged by a drunk driver running into our parked car, I found that they didn't work (false advertisement), fortunate for us I was standing in the window when the idiot hit our car and our neighbors Mercedes \r
