The Hotel lobby is nice. My husband and I stayed in a moderate room with a king sized bed and full bath on the 9th floor. The room had potential, the look and ""feel"" were nice, but the couch, bedspread, curtains, wallpaper, etc. were all pretty worn out. We stayed at the Lenox Hotel based on its ""romantic"" reputation, but I was a little disappointed, as I think the flame in our room was slowly fading.
