They'll destroy your clothes!!! 12/16/2008

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I'd get back laundry I dropped off for DRY CLEANING and get them back with WASH stains on them (blade marks, water spots, etc). When I asked the manager about it, he told me those stains were already in the fabric (WTF?) and as for the tears in my silk blouse...""You should take better care of your clothes"". Great advice; I'll start by never coming back! Cons: Ruins clothing then blames it on you more

Avoid this one 8/17/2007

I decided to try them out since they are always very busy - plus they have next-day service. When I picked up my shirt there were new stains. They re-did it and I came back the next day. This time the stains were lighter (this was a new shirt, worn once). I had also asked for heavy starch and this was not accomplished at all - the shirt was full of wrinkles. I got to speak to the owner, who acted like he couldn't see the spots while examining the shirt in the parking lot, dragging on the ground. He then informed me that all of his other customers would wear shirts with stains without a problem. Next, he told me that he doesn't want my business because he is too busy. He then RAN back inside away from me. The moral of the story is that if you want a cheap laundry that may get new stains on a new garment then this is the place for you. There are way too many other laundry/cleaners in the area for me - I will find elsewhere and I recommend that you do the same. Pros: None come to mind Cons: Owner does not want your business unless you never complain more

Gets the job done - fast & cheap 6/1/2007

We dropped off some slacks, a jacket and a silk dress on Sat. They were ready the next day, which was great (after calling, no one would do it next-day). Each garment was only $1.50, which is a great deal and when we picked up our clothes, they looked pressed, clean and smelled fresh. They may not be the best dry cleaner in town and the service is a bit ""Here's your clothes, thanks. Next.""... But I'd definitely recommend Cleaning Club for those on a budget and in need of a quick turn around. They also happen to be right next to a great tailor named Lizon... Look him up, he has great reviews and he's a very sweet gentleman. more

Don't be fooled! 4/25/2007

When I picked up my clothing every single item was still wrinkled. However, it was the events that happened next and the unprofessional attitude of the owner, Steve, that were even more disappointing. My expensive, new, worn-once, taken to the cleaners for the first time, blouse was returned-very fine silk threads snagged beyond repair and the fabric extremely worn in the shoulder. A fresh black ink mark was on the side seam. Without pause, I trekked back to the cleaners to get some restitution. The staff shrugged me off and gave me the number of the owners, Angel and Steve. Just then, Steve walked in and before I could explain to him my situation, he was shaking his head dismissing all responsibility. Not only did he disregard my claim, but made purely acrimonious faces like a child eating broccoli! I was so taken aback by his behavior that I confronted him about doing nothing and said it was my fault?or the manufacturers fault...or some combination thereof. Because, I quote, ?I have been in business since 1985. I know what I?m doing.? He compensation-a letter stating material defect for the manufacturer. Helpless, I said ?fine? and asked to reclaim the pants I drop off earlier in the day. He said it would take him 1? hours to find them and he wouldn?t do it. I needed to return the next day at the time on my ticket for pick-up. I?d like to close this review on a note that will clearly indicate the type of service to expect from this cleaner. I quote Steve again, ?This isn?t Nordstroms. You can?t just bring any piece of clothing in here and expect me to take it back.? Nordstrom delivers unparalleled service, but to make a statement like that indicates this owner doesn?t really know what it takes to run a successful service-oriented business. It?s not about absorbing all complaints and costs associated with those complaints. It?s about a ?philosophy based on exceptional service, selection, quality and value.? (quote by John W. Nordstrom) Pros: Cheap Cons: Too cheap more

Cheap and OK work, nothing extravagant 6/11/2006

Their cheap - generally 1.50 per piece, also if you get the coupon on the back of the ralphs receipt its only 1.25 per item. more
