As I was reviewing my rental properties, I was shock to find that I have been with The Bryant Company for a little over 10 years. Time flies when a company is doing such a great job for you. I have no complaints! They have been prompt not only with my monthly rental payments, but also with the 6 month walk throughs that are done with the tenant. I like the fact that they are professional, and when I call them, they will return my phone call within 24 hours. I live in California, so I needed a company that I could trust, one that had my best interest in mind. I was referred to The Bryant Company by a friend who also uses The Bryant Company. I own several properties through out the United States, I have hired and work with several different management companies. The Bryant Company is by far in the number 1 spot. I appreciate them. The Bryant property that I live in is well managed and taken care of. they make sure the home stays in good condition and that I am comfortable while I am here.
