We were thinking of having the Bryant Co manage our 4 rentals in Fishers/Carmel, so as a test, I contacted them about a listing they offered in Carmel. I made 5 (FIVE) phone calls to inquire about this property and NEVER received a call back. Noticed a week later that the rental was removed, called AGAIN to leasing agent to confirm that it was rented, No call back. Needless to say, they will not be managing any of my properties or any of our associates' properties
