With the ecomony as terrible as it is i never thought i would be purchasing a new vehicle. Turns out it was the smartest decision i ever made. The incentives on new cars right now is crazy awesome. Champion was very honest and upfront about what they could do for me. It just so happens that i am now driving a Ram 2500. I never would have bought a truck (with gas the way it is) but if i service my vehicle like WE ALL SHOULD BUT DONT than my gas bill should be sustainable. The whole experience was actually enjoyable! I plan all doing all further business at Champion. I have sent several family memebers since and we have all recieved the same respect and friendliness.

We just purchased our second vehicle from O'Brien Toyota. The entire experience was pleasant. There was never any pressure, discussion of pricing and how it could be adjusted felt open and honest, they were quick to locate and secure the exact vehicle we were searching for, and they were always very curteous and respectful. I have done a great deal of car shopping, and these characteristics are certainly not found in the majority of dealerships. I'm pleased again with my choice.

got new cobalt in 07 great car. very happy. we service it reg and a guy named rob takes care of me. he takes very good care of people and friendly. makes a person want to go back and buy a new one. I highly recommend this store. sometimes the people behind the scenes don't get credit when they deserve it.
Pros: good gas mile and good quality
Cons: leg room a little tight in back back grandkids fit nicely

I purchased my new Altima from Ed Martin Nissan and I love my car. The sales staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had the exact options and color I wanted. I just took it in for it's first oil change and I was greeted by the sales person who sold me the car and he spent about 10 minutes with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the car. I have been buying cars for over 20 years no one has ever done that before. These people are great. Highly recommend!!

In 2000 I had wanted to purchase an Xterra having already checked it out at two auto shows. I visited the dealership with the intention of NOT buying a car that day but to get some questions answered. I spoke to a guy who admitted he was more or less a junior sales man and was escorted to an office where I waited for an hour and a half until after the dealership closed and before I left a guy comes in and says Here are your keys we'll do the paper work tomorrow.... they really tried to get me to leave with that car. I got up and left.
I did more of my own research and drove three hours north to buy my Xterra from a different dealership.
As to repairs... I've had this Xterra for 7 years. I honestly can say that I am satisified with the repairs that Collins Nissan has done for me.
The worst experience I had - and it wasn't that bad - was an air conditioning repair that took a week to do. Each time I called they were apologetic and 2 days into it they immediately gave me a car to drive until mine was fixed. I should mention that they were waiting for parts, so, of course nothing to be done, and they provided a loaner car for me so I was content.
When I picked up my car I got it back with a broken rear windshield wiper, a loose steering column cover, a mysterious screw laying on the driver-side floor board and a grease smudge on the glove box.
I called them back and mentioned the above and they told me to come in the next day - I came in, 30 minutes later everything was solved (I was able to discover where the screw came from beforehand).
In the end, though somewhat of a hassle, I can say that I'm satisified with the service I've had so far. I'm going in again tomorrow to fix something else. I would never buy a car from them, but, service-wise I've not had any issues beyond what I mentioned above.

Often times when you are working with car dealers, you kind of get this uneasy feeling that they aren't being 100% up front. I never got that feeling working with the people at Shadeland Dodge. I also happened to meet the owner, Kevin Beltz, and he seemed like a really nice and normal guy. Kind of made the normally not so nice experience of buying a car a lot nicer since they just seemed like good people.
Pros: Nice people, good used car selection
Cons: hard to turn left out of dealership onto Shadeland...be careful!
