She even asked what level of pressure I wanted, whether it was okay or not to walk on my back and asked what I'd like her to focus on. She does a combo of stretches, walking on the back, massaging with and without oil and uses wet warm towels to ease your muscles at the end. Pros: null Cons: null more

Best Thai Massage in LA. 7/3/2011

Thai Sabai is an outstanding Thai massage expereince. A writer/producer in Hollywood, I have traveled extensively and had massages all over the world. At the end of all of my massages at Thai Sabai, I have felt enviigorated and energized in a way that I have never felt before. The staff is excellent, courteous and kind, and the presentation and decor beautiful. Thai Sabai is not only the best Thai massage in LA in my opinion, it is the best massage I have had on two contintents. more

Try Thai Sabai in Hollywood 8/9/2010

8/09/10\r I think world class might depend on who you get. If you need pressure point, meridan, accupressure type treatment Thai Sabai in Hollywood (5261 Hollywood blvd) is the place to go! Mary is #1. She knows her muscle groups, where the pressure points are, etc. She is the one to go to for any "specialized" treatment. The other girls are very good for the traditional Thai massages. The place also has good atmosphere. This is a Thai place with "walls" around you instead of sheets or curtains for a more secure and private feel. The management is very professional. more

CAME IN HUNCHED OVER IN PAIN, LEFT SKIPPING! 1/9/2009

This nondescript very discreet spot should be enshrined. After all of the holiday shopping, parties, events, family gatherings, etc. I have felt like a shredded rag. Some freinds recommended that I go to Thai Sabai and, having never had a Thai Massage before took them up on their suggestion....I'm so happy I did!!!! These Thai women who took complete control of my body rubbing, pulling, kneading, stretching and flexing made me feel like a million bucks in less than an hour and sent me reeling off into another pain free dimension that I haven't quite experienced before. I left feeling downright giddy and relaxed and will definitely be back...the best part....at $45 the price is definitely right. So long fancy day spas....I can have a month's work of bliss at Thai Sabai for what it would cost for an hour at some of the more poplular places around town. Beyond incredible Thai massage. 3/14/2008

If you've never had a Thai massage, you definitely need to go to Thai Sabai. Go for the two hour massage for $85. Not only is it an incredible deal, but the bodywork they do is unparalleled. The push, they pull, they stretch, they rub. Honestly it can be painful at times, but when you stand up after you're done, your body feels like jelly because every muscle has been worked deeply. Whenever I am feeling tight or need some knots worked out, this is the place I go. I know that pain is part of it, and for some reason they manage to hit knots i didn't even know I had, but it's just the best feeling when you leave. This is NOT a relaxing massage, don't expect that! \r \r If you can find their unassuming green awning, you will get one of the best massages in Los Angeles. more

Best Ever! 10/30/2007

As a massage therapist, I have experienced many different massage styles and Thai massage is the best ever and Thai Sabai has the best Thai massage in the city. When in Holllywood, I would reccomend Phit, Sana or Nadia. In Westwood, my favorites are Sandra or Oi (spelling?) Clean, great prices, excellent service, what more could you ask for? Thai Sabai was an interesting experience. Prior to this, I had only been to "day-spa-type" places (ie. Burke Williams) Pros: good price ($65 for 90 minutes); skilled staff Cons: semi-private room; cash only; metered parking (ok in the evenings) more

This will convert you to Thai Massage 5/6/2007

Though the place is a hole in the wall you can't beat these massages. The minute they touch your feet you are off in heaven. This is best done with another person you are comfortable with because they often have you share rooms with one other person. This is a great date thing to do. By far the best Thai Massage I have had in the Los Angeles area. Masseuses are all trianed in Thaialnd and are very skilled and professional, and the prices are extremely reasonlable for the Westside. more
