Used to be a great stylist and haircutter that worked here but he's no longer with them. Sometimes the receptionist takes appointments and sometimes she doesn't (same woman). I went with my mom for us to both get haircuts and my mom went first. She wanted a little shorter cut than she already had and wanted it layered like a poster they had on the wall. The employee kept asking me how to cut it to get the hair to look like the poster, like I knew what to do; that's why we were there! And then she couldn't understand what my mom and I meant when we said layered, not one length. Finally, after 45 minutes to take off 1 inch from my mom's hair (no shampoo, no blowdry) we said forget it and left. I decided not to chance the woman screwing up my hair like she did my mom's. That was AFTER being there almost 2 hours because they wouldn't take an appointment, even though the several times I'd been before it had always been by appointment.
