The meats here are very tasty, though one can do as well at any Asian butchery: the catch is that there are few in the Twin Cities and no others in Saint Paul (that I know of). The place is set up mostly for take out, because it is not a pleasant place to make a meal, too seedy. It also offers a selection of Vietnamese prepared dishes, some of which make use of unspeakable parts of various animals. The challenge is to understand the staff: their English is incomprehensible. The last problem is that they are very efficient and if you go at the usual dinner hour to get your chow, there will be none left. Believe me, get there early!
Pros: tasty meats, cheap
Cons: sells out fast, mostly take-out, no English
