Went to salon 3 times. Was satisfied with cut and color. Tried to schedule an appointment for a Brazilian blowout with stylist I had been to twice. Said she'd call me make. Several days later, called again. Said she would call me back that day. No call. Several days later still no call. Went elsewhere. Will not go back more

BEST IN THE BUSINESS FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS!! 12/8/2010

I started going to Susan Randall Hair Studio for hair extensions (she was one of the first to do Great Lengths) while I was in Nashville visiting family. She's been doing my extensions for almost 10 years now. I tried a couple other people that did them in my area, but no one came close to Susan. I now fly her down to Ft Lauderdale, FL (where I live) 4 times a year to do my hair. She's the best in the business for hair extensions and does fantastic color. The fact that she's super sweet with reasonable prices is just a bonus :) more

Neighborhood Hair Salon 8/4/2005

Susan Randal is the owner and also a stylist here. The other stylists rent their space from her and when it comes time for you to pay, you pay the stylist and not the salon. They also offer manicures, peducures and makeup application. The stylists specialize in hair color and highlights but also offer cut and styles. The decorations are contemporary and the stylists are very friendly. They'll offer you a beverage when you come in. What a nice touch. more
