Should have known better 4/10/2007

Cheaper rates don't necessarily mean quality. I should have double-checked other reviews before committing to this. We found our room (#108) to be not only 2 decades behind time but also poorly maintained. The bed frame is very bad. The mattress is supported by wooden planks and cardboard stand, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep in. There are exposed wires from the air-con, TV and lamps. They are not properly covered and very dangerous if you have small kids. The bathtub is the nail in the coffin. It has big cracks all over and chippings on the sides. Upstairs from where we?re staying is a call-girl prowling the perimeter for customers. I know Dallas is a dangerous place, but they could at least make the rooms comfortable. This place is the pits. Stay away from this location. more
