Sunrise Dental

I had just moved to Raleigh when a cap came off my teeth. I needed a dentist immediately and called Sunrise Dental, who took me in right away! The care I rec'd was second to none in my 60 yr history! A more caring staff and Dr would be hard to find....truly world class experience. more

Avoid this dentist's office at all costs. I made an appointment for a cleaning here and never got it! I had the first appointment of the day, but I waited forty-five minutes to be checked in and brought back to a dentist chair. I sat in the chair for another thirty minutes before anybody came to see me. A dental assistant poked and prodded me without saying much of anything for about five minutes. She disappeared and I sat in the chair without being spoken to for another thirty minutes. At this point I went to the front desk and asked to speak to somebody. I was told the dentist herself would be right with me. Twenty minutes later I am still waiting. I went back to the desk and told them I was leaving. I was there over two hours and never saw a dentist. I was given no explanation or apologies. I had the first appointment of the day and was on time. Avoid this place unless you like to be ignored and have your time wasted. I even wrote the clinic a letter when I got home and it was never answered. more

Excellent people, kind, and not apt to cause pain. Very thoughtful and the best I've ever been to. .. . and yes, I've been to many! One doctor in particular is my favorite. He has a very gentle manner, and makes an effort to really get to know you. I was DELIGHTED when he actually took a book recommendation I made and read it (and enjoyed it)! Such a rapport is unusual at best, in my experience. more
