Sunflower Diaper Service

Hugely disappointed. We really wanted to use a cloth diaper service, save the landfills and support a local business. But Sunflower delivered diapers that were too big for our newborn (8lb baby) and when we called to request the correct size they never called us back! We tried to reach them at least 5 times, each time leaving a voice mail message...they finally returned the call three weeks later!! Luckily I had bought some disposable diapers just in case I needed them. It seems that a diaper service would need to be more dependable, as diapers are essential and it can get pretty dirty if you run out. Too late even for an apology. How could you apologize for such a flagrant lack of responsibility? So we are buying disposable diapers and doing our share to contribute to the landfill...alas... May decide to try the other service in town, Seattle Diaper Service. Have heard that they are much more dependable. more

Nice, mother run diaper service. The diapers are the better quality, easier to fit kind, shaped like disposable diapers with clips to fasten. The sizes are not quite uniform, we got quite a few that were bigger than the newborn/size 1 size. Could be falling victim to its own success as few minor things were forgotten till a second call. If you want cloth diapers, they are probably the ones to go with. more
