This is my favorite Chinese place, and living in the Beacon Hill / Chinatown area that's saying allot. 7 Starts Peppers was recommended to my by a friend that after living in China for years miss authentic cuisine so he drives down from Bothell weekly or so to eat there. The service / ambiance is nothing to brag about but the food is out of this world!!! We usually get enough food to feed a small army when we go there because we can never choose from their large menu. I highly recommend the following:
Garlic tofu (excellent - -even if you dont like tofu)
Mongolian Beef
Green Onion pancakes (ya go to try these!)
Chow Mien (go for the hand shaved noodles - -they are the BEST)
Pros: Food, Value, Variety
Cons: Atmosphere
