After returning from a two year mission trip for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I went straight to Seoul Garden with my family. I became fluent in the language and I wanted to treat my family to traditional Korean food. Seoul Garden is very authentic and traditional. The only thing different is they use jalapeno peppers opposed to the red peppers (??) used in Korea to add spice. You will have a unique experience at Seoul Garden because the servers and owner are straight from Korea. They are still used to Korean culture, and are still learning American culture. So they will not act like the servers at TGI Fridays, or some place like that. I was the only exception during the summer of '09, the only white guy working there. Great people, great food, and if you are ready to try something new, I strongly suggest that you go to Seoul Garden
