I went to get a new alternator from them today. Their service was awesome! Even though their diagnostic machine was down, they directed us to the Aurora store, where we went and got a horrible reception but the test done. So we came back down to Ballard and bought the part down there. At first, the computer looked up the wrong alternator but they helped us match the correct alternator (all three employees were working on it! Great service no?). more

I LOVE GOING TO BALLARD SCHUCKS!!!!!! 12/22/2008

I recently went to ballard schucks. A few names to come to mind Jaime and Loren they are great help when it comes to cars they know what their doing there. There should be more of them working all over the other Schucks. I would deffinitely recommend Schucks to everyone I know. Love you guys thanks again Jaime and Loren more

Still Ok 6/19/2005

I like Schucks. If you live in West Seattle you really don't have a lot of choices actually. I miss the store on California Ave that had a fire. Too bad because service at the Alaska junction is ok, "almost" the same products but not quite the same. more

Ditto great parts bad service 4/15/2005

It was nice when you had a choice about auto parts. That is no longer the case in when Shucks bought Al's auto supply. From there it went down hill. They promise this great warrenty but forget to mention a restock fee that cost just as much as the part. more

these people are great! 2/25/2005

I have always had wonderful experiences at schucks. The people are nice and willing to help a girl like me. I have no idea what I am doing when I go in there and end up asking a bunch of stupid questions. They always make me feel good about what I am buying and are very willing to help me even when I have no idea what I'm talking about. Schucks has great prices compared to NAPA or neighborhood parts stores. Check them out! more

GREAT PRODUCTS BUT BAD SERVICE 2/11/2005

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A PART FOR MY CAR AND I HAD ASKED THEM FOR A JUMP START AFTER I PURCHESD AN ALTENATOR AND I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE I GOT MY CAR STARTED AND NOBODY WAS IN THE STORE I HAT THAT BECAUSE IT SAYS THEY DONT CARE VERY MUCH ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS more
