This place is specialized for wigs. I went to Sanela's Hair Salon for 3-4 years. This place does not know how to do highlights/lowlights. Linda for example does a very good haircut. Ladies that work there Lucy, Linda, and Kristina were very polite even though they use your hair to learn about the job they do (color, lowlights.highlights, styling). The owner Sanela treats some customers nicely (saying HI or having conversations) and some customers do not even deserve HI from her. Well, everybody pay the service with the money, nobody gets the hairstyle for free over there. Also, if you complain about the way your hair is done, you can feel how they treat you differently after that. This place is located on the North Side but with DOWNTOWN prices.
I AM NOT GOING BACK OVER THERE.
