Same Day Carpet Care

Used this service for the first time after obtaining a refrigerator magnet card from a company rep. Called them up and they said they could come today which was great. Two men arrived on-time and were very courteous and efficicient. In very little time, my carpeting looked brand new. They removed pet stains and ground in dirt and did a fabulous job overall. I highly recommend Casey and Ray for the fine job they did. They even liked my dog. more

i had other other carpet cleaners come in here and the carpet looked the same as it did when they left (not good). i was thinking maybe i have to just buy new carpet .i gave it one more try and i called same day carpet care and wow the were nice,respectful,cheap and my carpets look bran new, what more can i ask for.. thanks guys!!! i will definitely be using them again.. more

i have a condo downtown, the capret cleaners came over, were very friendly, brought their portable machine up and did an amazing job on the carpets, got my pet stains and odor out\r \r they did not upsell me, i paid the price i was told over the phone, and they did not raise the price because they had to use a portable machine, i have recommended them to many ppl and will continue to do so\r \r i have gotten my carpets cleaned by other companies before and they were either in and out in 30 min, or tried to raise the price at least 100 dollars\r \r i will defintely use this comapny again and suggest that you do too Pros: great job, friendly, did not upsell Cons: they came a little bit after i was expecting them, but they did call to let me know more

i am writing this review because i had a great experience with this company. i called sd carpet care to clean my carpets because i was moving out of my place. they were able to fit me into their schedule right away and cleaned ALL the stains from drinks and dirty foot marks so i can have my full deposit back. i will certainly call them when i am in my new place! I'd read so many great things about SD Carpet Care that I was really surprised by the experience I had with them. Everyone was nice enough, but basically a couple of ""kids"" cleaned my carpet. By that I mean, they weren't professional and they didn't use their heads. They did a sloppy job in the first place. Also, they left the bathtub they used to draw buckets of water filthy, not bothering to even do a quick rinse to get rid of the obvious stuff. I had them come out again the next day to re-do some grimey (not stained) spots and the bottom half of my staircase that seemed to have been neglected. Also, I pointed out some brown streaks under a wooden table and one of the young men said, ""Yeah, it's like that under the whole thing."" I was flabbergasted; this was a relatively small table, easily moveable, and they hadn't bothered to move it even though they knew there were unclean areas underneath it. When it was all said and done, my carpet does look better, but there are obvious places where they didn't clean to the edge of the carpet. Like I said, major diappointment in this company. I have nothing against the boys who cleaned, they really were very nice. They just didn't use their heads and they were sloppy. Pros: Cleaners were nice. Don't be fooled by thier sales pitch. They came out and then added extras and then a job that was to be $100 was now $250. I just hate people that are just in business to rip people off. more

I came home Thursday evening to a horrible mess. My labradoodle was sick all over my house and my husband tried to ""clean"" it only to leave huge brown spots all over the steps and in 5 rooms downstairs. Our carpets are a very light beige so I just wanted to cry. The smell was overwhelming! I got online and found sd carpet...I was a bit embarrassed at first but talking to Dan was like talking to a good friend. He was very professional and went out of his way to help us. He said it was a bit late but will do what He can...Will and Robert showed up at around 7:30pm! What a lifesaver! As yucky as things were,they were extremely professional and my carpets look like new! I wish I took pictures. I gladly wrote the check, nice tip included. Will use them again. more

I made an appointment with sd carpet and they gave me a window between 9 and 11. They called me the day before and said that I had an appointment for 12 and 2. They claimed that I never had the appointment between 9 & 11 because that's not the way they do business. more

SD carpet cares number was given to me from a friend of mine. She was happy with their service. The technician which came to clean my carpet was professional, young and definitely very experienced . The equipment he used looked new and was very effective in removing the stains from the carpet. more

When I went to look for a carpet cleaner I used Citysearch and thought that all the positive ratings for this company meant good service. Apparently they're not consistent. When they left, carpets were not cleaner - just wetter - and they move as little furniture as possible. I had boxspring up against the wall and they did not move it at all, did not move bed and did not move dining room table. Half my place is still uncleaned!! And then acted like they did me a favor!!! Lazy and I think there are better out there. \r \r 8/5/2007 This is in responce from SD Carpet cleaning. I was told that I needed to request furniture to be moved at time of service. And that they won't come back. I shouldn't have to ask it should just be done. And yes unfortunately I was a real customer. So I can't recommend them for anything Cons: Don't Use more
