I'd read so many great things about SD Carpet Care that I was really surprised by the experience I had with them. Everyone was nice enough, but basically a couple of ""kids"" cleaned my carpet. By that I mean, they weren't professional and they didn't use their heads. They did a sloppy job in the first place. Also, they left the bathtub they used to draw buckets of water filthy, not bothering to even do a quick rinse to get rid of the obvious stuff. I had them come out again the next day to re-do some grimey (not stained) spots and the bottom half of my staircase that seemed to have been neglected. Also, I pointed out some brown streaks under a wooden table and one of the young men said, ""Yeah, it's like that under the whole thing."" I was flabbergasted; this was a relatively small table, easily moveable, and they hadn't bothered to move it even though they knew there were unclean areas underneath it. When it was all said and done, my carpet does look better, but there are obvious places where they didn't clean to the edge of the carpet. Like I said, major diappointment in this company. I have nothing against the boys who cleaned, they really were very nice. They just didn't use their heads and they were sloppy.
Pros: Cleaners were nice.
Cons: Cleaners were sloppy and unprofessional.
