i dont know what the hell you people are talking i am the daughter of ron and wendy salle who founded salleopticians and you have no right to come out and say that we are cheap and have old designs and are not a good store in general so all yall can just stay away if you dont like and let people see for themselves wat salle opticians is rele about so overall i believe salle opticians is the best store my parents have many famous people and producers go into their store and they love it beacause they KEEP COMING BACK !!!!!!!! I have two pairs of sunglasses from their which are salt aviaters and tom fords they are amazing and i have robert marc eye glasses so if you want to say we sell old lenses go right ahead cause noone will believe you. they also have the best staff in the stores who are like family to me so dont you dare call them ignorant because they give you all the loving and attention you need thank you for reading my review / comment to all the haters i love my parents and want people to know how hard they work to make that store successful and its not fair for all the haters to diss them like that when they dont even know anything about the store the staff and the family!!!! more

This place is rude, cheesey, profoundly overpriced, arrogant. No sense of customer service, and no value for the customer. I have shopped worldwide - from Paris to London to Dubai - and all across Atlanta, and this place takes the cake. They have SOME of the good brands, some really tired old ones, and will try to push their own higher margin house brand on you. Do not be fooled - this place is a S-C-A-M. Stay away. the last two reviews were stupid!!! they dont know what the hell they are talking about...and the one who didnt want to play the race card...well he did! thats so stupid they would never do that. the other bad review..if they are a business owner themselves they they should know how hard it is to run a business. salleopticians is the best place i have been to in my whole entire life!!! they have excellent customer service and wonderful doctors as well as employees. the owners, wendy and ron salle, are so sweet and will do anything to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. its not cheap, but neither are they. if youre looking for cheap glasses then go to a cheap store. if youre looking for nice well-made long lasting glasses, the go to SALLEOPTICIANS in phipps!! i highly recommend it! Recently went to Salle Opticians at Phipps. I thought it was great. Really expansive selection of frames with more high end frames than I have ever seen anywhere else. Both the owner and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Not the place to shop for cheap glasses, but if you want style and service, it's the best. Pros: selection and service Cons: not cheap more

I just went in to Salle Opticians and I was so disappointed!!! I went in with my sister-in-law and my husband. I needed new glasses asap! I was planning to spend on the spot and found lovely chanel glasses I was interested in. Unfortunately two men were behind the counter fighting for who was going to "deal" with us. They were not doing anything, not straightening the store, not cleaning the dirty glass, not helping us obviously! It was inconvenient for me because I was planning to purchase glasses tonight because I needed them by next week!!! I hate to play the race card, but we are pacific islander and the two white men did not speak to any of the customers in the store that were minorities. Unfortunately, we were so disgusted by the service, we decided to just leave. Coming from High end retail myself, I'm appalled by the customer service!!! If I EVER acted like these two men acted towards us, I would be fired! It should not be tolerated! If you would like to experience this kind of customer service, be my guest. As for my everyone and I know, we will not be there ever again! If I had my choice it would get no stars!!! DISGUSTING!!! more

Worse place for service by owner. Limited selections on eyewear. If you want to be mistreated and inconvenienced, feel free to check this place out. Otherwise, I would save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else...anywhere but here. I am a business owner myself and thrive on customer service. I find it appalling how I was treated and the kind of problem solving they offered...which was ZERO! Pros: No Pros Cons: Owner does not offer customer service or solutions when problems arise. more
