Sad as my urgent sewer issue was, it was made doable and tolerable by the first technician Philip N.who came to my aid and then by the second technician Adrian S. who came and further provided expert, kind, thorough and timely service. Brandon came to the house on time, and did a great job. Explained to us what he was doing, and let us know that the kitchen sink was ready to use. Also let us know what I shouldn't be putting down the kitchen sink. Only bad part of the call was when he was done, I now had 3 days worth of dishes to do??. Will definitely call them again. more

We had to make a Saturday call to have our main sewer line cleared. The plumber from the Tacoma shop, Phil, was courteous and did a great job. He explained the problem and had our plumbing up and running within a couple of hours. We would definitely call Roto-Rooter again if we need to. more

They did a great job unblocking a clogged main drain for us. The plumber, Gerald, was extremely professional and courteous to me. He explained what he was doing and identified a potential issue with the main pipe on our property. I was very pleased with the outcome and will be using Roto-Rooter again for any future plumbing needs. more

Great service. Was on time and did an excellent job. J Healy did a wonderful job and had our plumbing up and running in about a half hour. He explained what he was doing from the start and gave us some advice on what to do if it happened again. Was very pleased with the service and will call this company again for any other plumbing work we have. I highly recommend them. more
