Ristorante Saracino is a great place to eat in the North End. Though small with separate eaqting areas, it is cozy and giives one a good feeling of being in an Italian restaurant as close as one can come to it outside of Italy. The food is very good and they will even make it to order if not seen on the menu. Wine is ""pricey"". Several details that a real Italian immediately notices: The bread is ""Americonized"" fake Italian bread (soft) instead of true Italian bread (harder/thick dough/crust). Also, espresso cofee should come with tiny spooons - not large desert/american coffe almost soup-spoons! They should invest about $50 in real demitasse spoons. Otherwise - a verry good place to eat great food.
Pros: great food, great atmosphere
Cons: pricey wines, fake Italin bread
