Regis Salons

Wesley at Regis Northgate saved me with a miracle, last minute, color correction and cut correction. \r \r I had gotten a ""special"" at another salon weeks before and ended up with orange hair (not my color) and a dreadful hack job hair cut. Other salons said the best I could have was brown color with maybe a few highlights. They couldn't even comment on the cut because it was so dreadful and not much left to redo.\r \r Wesley gave me shades of blond hair and a short, stylish cut that will grow out nicely. It took hours for her to do this for me. It's a miracle. :)\r \r Wesley is a wonderful Hair Stylist/Designer and a wonderful human being. \r \r She rocks. :):):) more

I had not been to Regis for several years after Raquel there left to manage another branch at Alderwood Mall. About a year ago after realizing I could not afford the Aveda salons any longer, I went into Regis at Northgate 'blind' and was totally delighted at Marjorie's skill. I have since had her cut my hair every 6-7 weeks and now have total faith in her to color it next week. Not alone is she skilled at her art, she has a really cute and vibrant personality and really takes a genuine interest in her clients. Hopefully she will stay there forever :-) more

Last April I needed a last min cut and color and walked into the northgate Regis That’s where I met Nicole and Matt; they sat right next to each other and were a really good team.\r Nicole did my hair and Matt helped with the consultation telling me I should go for the “Lauren Conrad look"" it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Nicole was a godsend! She had informed me that Matt did her hair and that he was equally as fabulous as her. its been almost a year and I still see both of them, wich ever one is open when I call. \r \r They both Moved to the JC Penney’s Salon still in the Northgate mall and I would follow them anywhere!!! I recently went to Regis for a cut and color (foil). I had been going to Gene Juarez at Northgate but the stylist moved. I gave Regis a try and got a girl by the name of JEWEL. What a GREAT SURPRISE. She was extremely knowledgable and gave me a consultation on what I wanted done to my hair being she had never seen me before. I have never been with anyone so detailed oriented. She gave me a wonderfull color and a more updated hair cut. I didn't realize all that I had missed in going to someone else. Thank goodness the gal at Gene Juarez left. I would recommend JEWEL to all my friends and family. more

Amazing! On a whim, I decided to get my hair cut. Though I'm generally not a fan of the mall (hence the con) my Mom is a devoted fan of the Regis salons. As I was walking through the food court- I noticed that about five other people had the same ""box color"" I had recently used. I walked in to the front desk and was immediatly welcomed by their secretary- which goes a really long way in my book :) I asked if anyone was open for a cut and color. She had me fill out a quick ""about me"" piece of paper and I was soon approached by a tall blonde woman named Jewel. As I sat in her chair, I confessed that I was unhappy with my current color and that I was up for anything. Jewel got really excited at this- she jumped at the chance to let her artistic abilities flow. Her excitement was contagious :) After reassuring her that ""my head was in her hands."" She came up with a brilliant idea. She was going to go for a drastic change- and that sounded great with me. About three hours later, five different hair dyes and some chunks of hair on the floor- I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Not only do I look awesome- but my hair FEELS better than it did when I walked in. \r \r Jewel is an awesome lady- I asked some polite questions about her personal life. (What did you do for Halloween? What made you want to become a hair stylist? Etc.) She seemed all too happy to answer and she was eager to hear about my life as well. \r \r Jewel is definitely a keeper and I'm pretty positive that I've just become one of her regulars :) Pros: Super friendly service, makes cut/color unique for you Cons: If you're not a fan of the mall- don't come here. more

You can't go wrong with Melissa she is awesome! She has cut my hair for almost two years and she always makes my hair look great and always the look i am going for! People are always asking me who does my hair I get compliments daily! Pros: Friendly,fun, and convenient Cons: None more

I would highly suggest booking with Wesley or Matt. They both have fun personalities and listen well. They are both continually learning new techniques and consult with you (and sometimes each other, :) lol) to give you the most up to date and customized look. Their prices are good, they are fun. Don't go here don't waste your money, honestly you would be as well to let a 10 year old at your hair with a scissors! \r I asked for my hair to be left long enough to tie up and it wasn't. My hair is now all different lengths totally uneven and even polite friends can't pretend my hair looks even mediocre. \r \r Tracy cut my hair and when i looked unhappy told me she had done what i asked for! She was rude and turned me away from the mirror the whole time. She spent a few minutes at most cutting and then about 40 minutes to blowdry the mess she created!\r \r In my stunned stupidity I left a tip, being 6 months pregnant i really need a lift and i thought a nice hair cut would do that, now i feel like i can't go out without a hat. Pros: i don't have to go back Cons: too many to fit in this space more

Came out with giant symmetrical orange tiger stripes on the top of my head instead of nice highlights. Had to wear a hat until I could get it fixed (somewhere else). Went back for a refund and the rude Manager attempted to defend the laughable colour - a colour that was absolutely dire, amateur, and inexusable Cons: Everything about it is bad. more

I visited Regis for a change and I got exactly what I wanted! My stylist was attentive and did a great copy of a style from a magazine I brought in. I'm definitely going back to this salon...and not just because my hair grows so fast. Pros: Attentive, Professional, Friendly more
