After reading some good reviews of this place I went expecting fabulos service and low prices. I got neither. My shoe repair came out just fine but it was as expensive as the last place I went and they were not ready when promised. Not worth the drive for me but ok if you live right next door. really bad experience!!!!\r \r customer service is horrible and they are super expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the attitude of the guy that is supposed to help customers is awful.\r \r Yeas ago it used to be a place with a good reputation but with the new management I doubt it will last much longer in business. Wow i was amazed at the great work they had done on my shoes. This was my first time here and the guys were amazingly polite and great customer service. Im ashamed at what these other users have written, this place has done the best work that i have ever seen. I took in a few pair of shoes that were a mess i didnt even think anyone can pull it off and they restored it to perfect condition. Looks brand new feels brand new what more can i say their service was great and the job they did was AMAZING i highly recommend this place for any repair thats needed on shoes or any leather goods. Plus they had a very nice inventory on some great looking shoes. Pros: Parking, Service, Great Work more

These guys dont know how to run a shoe repair. Poor customer service, just plain rude, read the real reviews at the bottom NOT THE ONES THEY HAVE ADDED TO DO DAMAGE CONTROL. People just think it's the worst shop in the city and they will tell you. They ruined my shoes and denied it what a scam. Even the customer before me had lost shoes that they didnt seem to care about. Years ago this place was good, but I guess they sold the shop to these butchers. Cons: Thats it these guys are a bunch of cons. more

BEST SERVICE AND NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE AT QUALITY SHOES 4/10/2007

I am appalled to see the negative reviews about Quality Shoes. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of shoe or leather repair. They can fix anything! I challenge the individuals who left negative reviews to name a shoe repair who provides quality work yet charges low prices like Quality Shoes. And as far as service goes, let me just tell you that the owner personally delievered my shoes to my home after a minor misunderstanding about the repair I requested. Quality Shoe Repair is an exceptionally great place to have your shoes repaired. I had a very satisfying experience with them. They provide very good service and they do excellent job. This shoe repair is one of the kind, they can repair anything with very reasonable prices. I reccomend this store to anyone. They are great. You wont regret going there. I have been going there for couple of years and I have always recieved great service and very good quality work. more

I strongly disagree with any of the bad reviews given. This store has the best customer service. the minute i walk in to the store, i am welcomed and my any small problem becomes their personal problem. They're very nice people and care about their customers, they do an exceptional job. \r I think, instead of bad mouthing this good and hard working business and its employers, people who give bad reviews should really think twice about their comments and be ashamed of it. Quality Shoe Repair is one of the best shoe repairs I have ever been in. They have the best customer service. The owners are very helpful and pleasent, absolute satisfaction is guaranteed. RUDE, PLENTY OF ATTITUDE, BAD BUSINESS 3/19/2007

In a way, I'm relieved to see that Quality Shoe Repair is consistent with their bad business practice, but I am surprised that they're still in business. I stopped going there years ago because of the very reasons the two previous dissatisfied patrons enumerated. It's a sad state of affairs, but I believe that we as customers have gotten so acclimated to rude or even lack of customer service that it's not a criterion we value when spending our hard-earned money. As long as we take the abuse (because I felt completely abused when I went there last) and continue to patronize these kinds of businesses, the less likely they will be motivated to improve their services. more

I disagree a 100% with the other two reviews about this shoe shop. My family and friends have been going to Quality Shoe Service for over 20 years. The guys are very nice and the prices are reasonable. These guys can fix everything!!! We have repaired shoes, bags, and luggages at quality shoes and these guys can do it all. These awful complaints can not be true about this shop, unless they were the problem! \r I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to everyone I know and I always will. TRY THEM, YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I agree with the previous reviewer. They are very rude and the quality of the work is by no means ""Quality."" The workmanship is shoddy. They will overcharge you for everything and misrepresent what they can do to repair the shoe and after it is completed (when you are unhappy with the work), they will try to make you pay more to correct the problem. AVOID if at all possible. Otherwise, you will regret it. more

JUST AWFUL. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! 6/15/2006

I have never recieved such awful service in my life. The manager there is rude, the ""repairs"" are done terribly and unprofessionally. The product is never done in time, always late. When I came in to ask to have my purse strap re-done because it was never fixed in the first place, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $30 to the $20 that I had already paid for. Anyway, there are other friendlier customer service oriented professional places in town. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I WILL ASSURE YOU THAT THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OR BE RUDE TO YOU. more
