The rooftop parking, which I prepaid for, was full when I arrived. Luckily there were spaces on a lower level and I was not charged extra. This might sound like a good thing, but I was worried that when I got back they were going to force me to pay the higher rate, and regardless of the outcome, it bothered me that there wasn't actually a space reserved for me. The elevator was broken when I arrived and I had to haul my luggage down the stairs. There are gates entering and leaving each level, and on return I got stuck at a one on the third floor and waited several minutes listening to an intercom ring, and finally had to call the office on my cell phone just to get to the ground floor of the facility. Finally, when I got to the cashier's booth there was no-one there. To top it off, they mark cars using stickers that leave gunk on your windshield. You may save a buck or two by parking here but it's really not worth it.
Pros: Quick shuttles, cheap
Cons: Poor service, spaces not reserved, poor facilities
