I'm shopping for contemporary furniture. I didn't expect to have such a challenge finding lasting quality, I don't want to have to do ths again too soon.\r \r Plummer's is not my pick. The designs look pretty nice, the staff seems reasonably informed, but I'm not convinced this stuff will last. I bought an end table, and then returned it because there were imperfections in the metal finish. They took it back without a problem, but I'm going to keep looking around before I setlle on anything. Pros: nice looks Cons: lower end quality more

Nice furniture but... 10/19/2009

I chose a chest of drawers from Plummers for my bedroom. I was quite excited about my purchase. But after it was delivered I realized that one of the drawers was defective. More specifically, the piece of wood on the bottom of the drawer that allows the drawer to glide in and out smoothly was broken. Instead of making it easy for me to get the situation remedied, they said someone could come out and take a look at it, but the hours were ridiculous for a working person. So I still have a broken drawer. Pissed me off. Pros: Furniture selection Cons: Quality of what was delivered to my home more
