Worst customer service ever!!! I was the only customer in the store inquiring about the sale on the folding rocking chairs. Not only did the sales rep could not give me simple answers about the conclusion of the sale or if available on line, she didn't bother trying to find out. I was planning on purchasing four (must not work off commission). However she brought one box out with an attititude. There was a store made tag that said 4 chairs for $175 dollars taped to the \r
chair I wanted to purchase. I questioned the lady about the price she was charging. I walked her to the tag and she couldn't figure it out either. Back at the register (she took the tag with her), she tells me it's wrong and just stares at me blankly. I work in retail, and I have to honor a mis-posted price...false advertisement right? I asked and she told me no. I thanked her for her time and as I was leaving she practically laughed in my face! There will be calls about this customer service to the company's office.
