Pizza My Heart

Took my daughter for pizza by the slice and the slices are big and taste good. I had the greek salad, which I thought was a bargain at $2.75 with lots of olives and feta cheese. They had a lunch meal with pizza, salad and soda for only $5.50. This is predominantly a slice pizza store all over the Bay Area. According to their website, they merged with Pizza A Go Go, which I really liked, so it's too bad, around 12 years ago. Anyway, it's really thin crust pizza, if you like that kind. The sauce is good. At this location I got "ma'amed" (not a good thing!) and they got our pizza after other people's and took forever to take our order even though we were second in line. I only ordered pepperoni pizza because it had just come out of the oven, but they put it back in (it was overcooked to begin with) to "heat it up" when I ordered it. Talk about auto pilot. I've been inside when I was interested in getting pizza, but the pizza didn't look that exciting to me. I'm not that fond of the really thin NY pizza, so I didn't bother. But I really do appreciate that they have slices for sale -- so many places don't and sometimes you don't want a whole pizza. I'd go back, but not for a sit down meal. more

Pizza My Heart serves New York style pizza by slice and whole. My favorite at this place is the Maui Pizza with pineapple and Canadian bacon. Although the pizzas are average, it is definitely a place to visit. This place has a nice atmosphere and is great to just eat and hang out. more

This local pizza place has the BEST ingredients in their pizzas. I love their vegetarian pizzas because all the flavors taste so good together (basil, cheese, roma tomatoes). I love their Prima pizza- it's delicious. I recommend if you live near them to go there and eat rather than order delivery because sometimes their crust doesn't really taste so great after it's been delivered to your house. But if you do want to order, here are some good coupons that you should mention: get a free Pizza My Heart T-shirt with the order of a large pizza (I got one, and it's very cute and comfy. Get 2 free salads with order of a large pizza (chicken salad, caesar salad, seasonal green, or greek). I recommend the greek salad with blue cheese dressing.
