This pizza place has a lot of interesting, nontraditional pizzas --- anyone looking for a Black Bean Pizza?-- but their Fresh Mozzarella Pizza is great and is made with plum tomatoes, fresh basil, and olive oil. Their pizza crusts are good, too, not wimpy, but not too thick --- my husband describes them as "awesome" with a crispy outside, slightly chewy inside, and a tasty cornmeal bottom. You can always buy a slice and try it out before ordering a whole pizza. Pizza Aroma is conveniently located in downtown Ithaca across from the library at the corner of Green and Cayuga Street. They now deliver, too.
