My wife and I have been taking our cars to Pessemiers Complete Automotive for several years. They have never disappointed me. They are always spot on. They are all very very personable. The front counter man is extremely pleasant and helpful. The owner is likewise. The mechanics, from what I can see, are no-nonsense. They are working hard all the time. Pessemiers is one of the few places where the owner will take you come and pick you up when your car is ready. Not a lot of places do that. more

This place is wonderful!! A great combination of unbelievable customer service and effective repairs at a fair price.\r \r We live over 2 hours north of Tacoma. My husband was towing a trailer through Tacoma when the clutch blew out on his Isuzu Trooper. He was stranded by the side of the freeway on a hot day in a tow-away zone. I needed to find a repair shop, then drive down to pick up the trailer before the vehicle and trailer were towed. We usually take our vehicles to the dealer for repair, but Isuzu doesn't make passenger vehicles anymore, so there was no dealer to call. I spent an hour making numerous frustrating calls to other mechanics before finding the dealer in Tacoma who sold and repaired Troopers years ago. My car is a Lexus, so I used to go to the Lexus dealership to have it service. I actually started using Pessemier's after someone who bought my son's truck and had taken it there for the pre-purchase inspection and thought they did such a good job. I started taking all my cars there. They are so much cheaper, and they do just as good of a job as the dealership. Every month I get my oil changed there, because I drive so much, and they always find time to fit me in, and they always do a good job. more

We have used them for general maintenance and various other services, and usually choose them instead of the dealership. In fact, I will sometimes purchase parts from the dealership, and have Greg Pessemier do the work. This usually saves a lot of money. I think that when you patronize someone for many years, you really get to know them. Pessemiers have always serviced our vehicles properly, and we trust their judgement. When a service works well for you, and you can trust the people performing the work, you go back. We simply feel comfortable leaving our vehicles there. You can tell that the Pessemiers run a clean and order business. Their waiting room is always in order, never cluttered and dirty. I am very particular about never parking under trees, and though there are several tress on the Pessemiers lot, they always honor my wishes and never park beneath them. I have had a lot of work done at Pessemier's Complete Automotive, and it is always top quality work. I'm one of those people who is afraid to take my vehicle anywhere because I don't know if they are going to charge me for things they didn't do or cheat me. Pessemier's is totally honest. I don't care what I take in there, if it needs fixing they will tell me, and they won't just tell me things that don't need to be fixed in order to get money. They are very reliable, and I have had major things like transmission work done and all kinds of minor work. I have been using Pessemier's for at least 10 years, probably closer to 12, and the quality of work is great. I have never had anything that they didn't fix correctly. I would recommend them to anybody, especially women afraid of being taken advantage of, because Pessemier's Automotive is not like that. I have used Pessemier's Complete Automotive for a number of years now. I first used them because they are conveniently located to where I live, but as the years went on I realized that they really are a wonderful organization. They really level with the customer about what needs to be done. They tell me exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and what I need to do. On a previous vehicle I thought that I needed brakes, so I went in to Pessemier's. They told me that I didn't need brakes. Someone else could have just done the brake job anyway and made that money. They are honest, reliable, and dependable. I have been very surprised when getting the total bill and always ask if that is really all. I feel that I get great value for the great service I receive. They are very honest people. In addition to them repairing my vehicles, everyone in the office and the mechanics are so friendly and kind. Ted is the gentleman up at the front desk greeting the public, and he is a wonderful person. Greg, the owner, is a very friendly, likable guy. We take everything in to Pessemier's Complete Automotive. We take all of our cars, our daughter's car, and our grandchildren's cars to them. They also work on our motor home. Pessemier's has always been there for us. If we have an emergency we can take it directly to them, and they will make room for us to service our vehicles. If we have an issue after they service our vehicles they take them back in and fix the problem without charging us. They stand behind their products, be it batteries or whatever. We have used them for probably 10 years. They can be trusted, which is really important. When we take vehicles to them we know that they are not going to find things wrong that aren't really wrong or jack up the expense account. They are very trustworthy. more

Pessemier's Complete Automotive is the best you can get. I don't go anywhere else. They have done some real good stuff for our family. I have been going there between 20 and 25 years. I know Dan really well and everyone else there too. He is an honest person and gives an honest quote. I have never had to come back after a repair, and he has done some major stuff for both old and new vehicles. Dan used to work at a gas station and was doing really good work. He left there to work with Greg at Pessemier's, and I followed him there. Greg keeps his mechanics up to date on all the new stuff. He sends them to school in order to keep up with technology. If there is an electric motor on electric window, they can fix it. Any wiring problem they can do. If it is a short, Dan can find it. I trust him. I have probably sent 20 people to Pessemier's in the last 10 years. My father-in-law lives in Kent, and he drives all the way down here to use them. I don't usually write reviews, but when I find a place I like, I like to spread the word, especially knowing how hard a good repair shop is to find.\r \r I've been taking two of my vehicles there for years for repair/maintenance work and my third vehicle there for regular maintenance. I'll take the third vehicle there for repair work as soon as my warranty is up and I can finally stop taking it to the hacks at the stealership. This is the BEST and most HONEST repair shop you'll find.\r I have been taking our cars,truck and motorhome there for 20 plus years now. It's a great place from oil changes to engine overhauls. We have used Pessemiers Complete Automotive off and on quite a while and never had any problems. I have no intent on changing. In about a 10 year period there was only one thing that needed to be fixed, and they fixed it with no questions asked. I definitely think they are honest. They let me know if something is worth doing or not. They also keep an eye on things so I don't have to do it. I'm a mechanic myself, but I don't really do it anymore. more
