Basically what had happened is I bought a new car (to me) and was looking to put some 4 inch speakers in the doors by cutting my door panels. I was also in the market for an EQ and a 10 and 12 woofer combination. I have had a lot of systems in the past, but it has been a little while since I have been in the game although my friends call me a veteran and I install their equipment in my garage on the side. After a recent incident involving an installation I was working on, I deemed it best to see what other local shops could offer me. I came into the store on Tacoma Mall Blvd, next to the fence on I-5, and was promptly and curteously greeted by a shorter muscle bound gentleman who called himself Tristan the Finance Manager. I told him what I was looking for and he steered me in the right direction. He has a great, dry sense of humor that could be misunderstood as belittling, however he read me like a picture book. He continued to show me some gear and had a custom installer show me where the wiring and butt connectors would be installed. We got to the computer and the total was far more than I expected. After saving me over $152.63 on my parts charge, we agreed and shook hands. This has been my best shopping experience ever and I will not go the the B&I again even though I have used them for years! My only concern is that my invoice says that the salesperson was Dave, and Tristan was the person helping me out. I think the management should look into that. I cant seem to get ahold of Tristan to let him know he may not have gotten my commissions. Thanks Tristan and Tacoma Car Toys!!!

We have gone to Tiny's for so many years. They are the place to go in Tacoma. The service is friendly. They always fix me up and take care of my tires. The pricing is competitive, and they always have what I need. I would recommend Tiny's. Home town service for a bargain price.

Good: The fact that they showed me what I needed, Gave me options, and thoroughly explaned it in a way I could understand.. Other: I rarely write reviews unless I'm angry, like most of us, but every once in awhile, a place will go out of their way for you that really makes a difference. I had taken my 2003 Explorer to the dealer where I usually go for service. They told me that I needed an axle on the rear and wanted over $800.00 to fix it. A friend of mine referred me to Pro_Automotive for a second opinion. I took it there and they put the vehicle in the air, and actually took me out and showed me a crackd cv boot and told me I could.

I have gone here a few times over the years to get a radiator rebuilt. They always do a quality job for the price. The shop is dirty, but that is to be expected I guess. The folks are really friendly, and the price is right. They have been in business a long time. I would recommend them.

This guy helped me and was great. He cared about my needs and he made my day great. I wish everyone was like him. Usually I get treated like a dumb girl whenever I go to automotive places because im blonde and have big boobs. I didn't see him look at them once and that is rare for me.
