The lunch specials offered at Pepe's provide diners with quite a few options. The menu is extremely friendly to the student wallet. Daily, a featured special with an even bigger discount. Items are available a la carte, or by meal - including rice and beans. I've tried both chicken and beef items, and reccommend beef as it is a better quality than the chicken items. Vegetarian options are abound, as most dishes can be made vegitarian, plus there are a number of a la carte items (Nachos, etc.) that can be made vegetarian. The options are wonderful, entree portions plenty, beverage selection great (beer and sodas in the fridge) and the crowd is easy to cater to its customers. I highly reccommend this place for a nice lunch or snack. Happy hour is 3-6, with half-price appetizers, soft tacos, chips, nachos, and plenty of margaritas and drinks. Recomended!
