Because I had family in town, we wanted to go somewhere nice for Italian. The usual Denver restaurant came up as first choice, but we were so tired from our day of downhill biking that we decided to stick close to home. After reading the reviews about Pastas and seeing the ads in my local paper, I pulled up their website. Menu sounded great, prices affordable, and the pictures of the dining area looked nice. I enjoyed reading the owner's mission statement, so we decided to check it out. \r \r It was a superb dining experience. The atmosphere was comfortable yet refined. The entire staff was extremely welcoming, and the food delicious. This will be a regular spot for my husband and I for a romantic dinners or just for a glass of wine at the bar where he can watch the Broncos on TV. Cons: tucked in corner and had difficulty finding it more

Must go on Saturday Nights 2/28/2007

We ate at Pasta's on Saturday night. What an experience. In the middle of dinner at around 8pm the owners wife came to our table with chanmpaine glasses and told us that there would be a champainge toast in a few moments with the whole restaurant. I have never experienced that in all of my time dining out. It was such a treat and they made us feel very special. We also got to personally meet Chef Chris. I think he stopped at every table in the restaurant to thank them for dining that night. I absolutely recommend trying out Pasta's. The service was great, food fantastic and I felt at home.\r JC Golden more

Everything I've had has been wonderful, great entertainment on Saturday's 2/27/2007

Pasta's is under new ownership and the food is great. I loved the Tuscany Chicken and the garlic knots are amazing. Service was very good and the staff friendly. I highly recommend it! Pros: Loved the ambience, plenty of parking more

Personal appeal 6/23/2004

Tommaso and Shea, the owners, are not only wonderful chefs and restauranteurs, but also great contributers to their community. They always employ and mentor wonderful young people. Their hospitality exceeds all expectations. Pros: Great variety, Appetizers tasty, Desserts tempting more

Great restaurant 6/15/2004

We have been going to Pasta's for the past 12 years. We are used to the good food in New York and this restaurant has incredible choices, We love the new desserts. I Love the fried calamari they are the best in this town and also the garlic knots are the best served in this town. The other dishes we always order are: Piatto di mare, home made ravioli, chicken saltimbocca and recently we are addicted to the new lasagna that has no ricotta cheese and instead of it has bechamelle (white sauce) like a true lasagna should be (if you are Italian!) We like the friendly waiters and we love the owner that is from Rome. Best real Italian restaurant and not very expensive and if you like out door dining they realy have a great patio one of the best we have seen Pros: Food, prices, service more

Great Italian 5/23/2004

Wonderful food served by very nice people. We wish they would bottle the Italian dressing. I personally recommend the Linguini w/ clam sauce. We just came back from Italy and this is better than the original. Say hi to Thomaso; he will treat you like royalty. Pros: Food, Music background, outside patio more

Incredible dining 8/26/2002

Finally I have found a nice place that isnt the ordinary food you would get at Maggiano or Olive garden, this place deserves to be mentioned here. I have had a great meal last week and I intend to go back at list once a month and indulge. I eat the cioppino and I also enjoyed a nice tiramisu! It looks like a trendy place with very nice athmosphere and a real nice wine list not overpriced. Pros: inexpensive, romantic, trendy Cons: busy place more

excellent 8/20/2002

Fantastic Garlic bread ""knots"" extensive menu choice, great wine list makes this restaurant stand out from the factory style chain restaurants that over repeat them self in our town. Pasta's has also that romantic feel that very few restaurants have in the south west of Denver with a lovely patio and outstanding service. I am very happy to know where it is because I have lived long in that area and didnt know about it. I have enjoyed a dish called ""Chicken Tuscany"" and on my second visit I had ""Penne Sicilian"" and my wife was enjoying the ""Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo"". I must say the garlic bread rolls are very tasty, I must have eat at list 5 of them. Definetly, Pastas is the very finest and romantic Italian restaurant in the south west of Denver. Pros: food, reasonable, romantic Cons: some times crowded more
