Worst

Went here for lunch one day. We even went around 11 so we could beat the lunch crowd. There were hardly any customers when we arrived. Our drink orders weren't taken for 10 minute...

Don't ever go here... this place is horrible!! First off we were quoted an hour wait for our table of 20... we wait almost two hours...and after we were about to leave... they put together this crappy table were we literally we shoved next to each other to the point where once we sat down no one could get up...then to top it all off... Not one but two big roaches crawled across our table... one litterally fell from the ceiling onto the center of our table on to the bread... i've never complained about a single eatery on this site... however this experience was so awful i had to post about it... Who knows what this kitchen looks like when lazy people are working there... When you are paying 30 bucks a plate and the table has at least 20 people you expect the place to look at least half decent... but the staff was rude and ghetto..Needless to say...dont waste your money here...and if you bite into something crunchy...spit it out! more

Good 5/15/2010

I got take out here last night. They didn't take my number to call me back which caused me to wait a little longer than normal as they were out of the Sea Bass I ordered. The lady who took my order was very friendly and apologized for the mistake. She explain I would need to wait the 15 mins as they prepared my food. She was accurate with her timing and took time to go over everything before I walked out the door. That's not typical when I order take out and it was very appreciate. When I got the food home it was very good. If I had my choice though I prefer Danton's. The prices were similar. That said, I would be very happy eating at either. I would recommend this place to anyone accept would caution it is very loud inside and extremely crowded, even as late as 8:30 pm. Pros: Good food, Friendly Service Cons: Crowded, Loud more

Never go here for your lunch break 8/28/2007

Went here for lunch one day. We even went around 11 so we could beat the lunch crowd. There were hardly any customers when we arrived. Our drink orders weren't taken for 10 minutes and when they finally arrived we were ready to order an the server dropped off the drinks and left. We finally ordered after being there 20 minutes. The food didn't arrive until we had already been there 45 minutes. We complained to the manager and she just said the server was new and in training. Nothing was done, not even a sorry. Nice People! 8/1/2002

I usually use this restaurant for take out and my experiences have only been good. They always make sure I have everything I need - they even remember to ask me if I need tartar sauce or cocktail sauce! Dinner is usually a hectic time for our family, but when I take home dinner from Pappadeaux, everyone is satisfied! Pros: delicious, good service Cons: pricey more
