The ONE thing they don't know is customer service. The owner consistently gossips and makes inappropriate remarks about his most loyal and long-standing clients. It is particularly uncomfortable when many of these clients are friends. Beware, even if you have been a loyal client for over a decade, he becomes quite unprofessional if you kindly explain that you need a change. The ONE thing they don't know is hair. My color never lasts more than 2 weeks, and the color has become unnatural and processed looking. My hair cut used to be stylish and polished and now it looks neglected and boring. The ONE thing I know is this salon is not the only game in town.
