Office Depot

I have visited this Office Depot location on 6 occasions and have NEVER received decent service. My last (and FINAL) visit I waited (as usual) in line at the printing service counter, was ignored at least twice by a clerk walking right past me into (storage?) rooms at the back, and finally asked another passing clerk if they did document scans. He assured me they did, and that "someone would be with me shortly." (That clerk made no attempt to summon the elusive "someone" to help.)\r \r When the clerk who had passed me by twice previously finally sauntered over, he informed me that the only person who knew how to scan a document (not exactly a rocket science procedure) was ill that day and no one else could do it! He was going to leave it at that, no apology, no nothing . . . UNTIL I pointedly looked at his nametag and said, "Well, (Name), I am new to San Diego - where would you recommend I go to have this document scanned?" ONLY THEN did he direct me to a small copy/shipping store more

Bunch of mexicans that don't know stuff. rude arrogant. probably high school drop our losers. i think office depot is expensive, better shop at circuit city more

Office Depot has everything you could ever need for your office or buisness. Although you could probably find their products cheaper elsewhere, it is conviently found and of very good quality at OffIce Depot. The employees are very friendly and helpful as well. more

Office Depot has all of your office supplies need. Its a very boring store to work or shop at, but it has everything you need for your home, school, or office. The prices are also realistic, they will not shaft you for pencils and pens. While no one buys computers there, office depot is a very useful resource. more

My trip to office depot was pretty pleasant. They don't really truely have a large supply of furniture, but an assortment of desks and office chairs. They do happen to have a lot of office items, so i guess they stay true to their name. Pretty decent pricing and good service will keep me coming back to this little store. more

office depot is a very nice place to shop at for both office supplies and electronics. they arent just a computer store, but they have a lot of cheap office supplies that i found helpful as well. they actually had an event where they paid you to buy pens from them if you used a coupon from the previous pack, which was pretty awesome. ive never had a bad experience with them. more

Fashion Valley mall has everything that anyone would want to buy. . The stores in the mall have class and the selection is uncomparable. The movie theatre was also a good addition as it shoppers could relax after all the walking. There are elevators throughout the strip, and many attractive people shop here. It's great. more

i dont like the office depot on convoy because of their poor survive, unknowlegable staff members and they are always rude. they are never helpful. when i was buying a computer the guy tried to sell me things that i didnt want and did not need. i told him that and he still tried to sell it to me. more

This Office Depot is awesome. They don't have a lot of computer supplies, but the office and furniture stuff is great. They have a lot of really cheap office supplies (sometimes even free) that anyone could use and I even managed to get a nice office executive chair from them for less than ten bucks. The location isn't really that great, no good parking spots, but its worth taking to time to get one. more
