I was told the product was suitable for decks-it is not. I was told my house would be preped down to bare wood-it was not. I was told it would look like ""rubber"" and is 15 time...

Nu-Cote was wonderful and great. They are pounctual, do quality work and craftsmanship, are timely, and give good customer service, and are polite and professional. They give attention to detail and I will recommend them more

Everybody was polite and professional. Mel, the sales consultant was very funny and seems to like his job. Communication was good between crew leader, and field supervisor, craftsmanship of wood work and trim work good, quality coating and detail was excellent. Today Mark and Pete came to my home to investigate my complaint that one of the new replacement windows your company installed was leaking. I was an unhappy customer as the leaking had caused considerable damage to my ceiling and draperies. I was certain it was due to the window as the leak was directly below it and there was no other source of water nearby. These two gentlemen conducted a thorough inspection of the situation, eliminated the window as the problem and actually established the leak was through an exterior wall where airconditioning piping entered the house. This was in another room! Through their professional conduct and calm demeanor I was taken from a position of unhappy customer to GRATEFUL and IMPORESSED.
