Today Mark and Pete came to my home to investigate my complaint that one of the new replacement windows your company installed was leaking. I was an unhappy customer as the leaking had caused considerable damage to my ceiling and draperies. I was certain it was due to the window as the leak was directly below it and there was no other source of water nearby.
These two gentlemen conducted a thorough inspection of the situation, eliminated the window as the problem and actually established the leak was through an exterior wall where airconditioning piping entered the house. This was in another room! Through their professional conduct and calm demeanor I was taken from a position of unhappy customer to GRATEFUL and IMPORESSED. Well done Nu-Cote, Mark and Pete.
