I have known the owner (Trish) before she opened this establishment, My Nails. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 6 years. Not only have I been a repeat customer, but I have recommended her business to others. Over the years, I have come to realize the level of service is wishy washy. You just never know what you are going to get from one day to the next. For the most part, Trish does an excellent job on Gel nails. But, she is not always available for pedicures/manicures. Therefore, any other person assisting you (be prepared) for little to no customer service. On a busy day, the atmosphere is not relaxing as the noise level increases. Overall, it more

Hands down - the BEST service in Raleigh 7/7/2011

I've been to SEVERAL nail salons in Raleigh, trying desperately to find the one that took care of me the best. I tried My Nails at the request of a friend. I was COMPLETELY blown away by the service I was given! The facility was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The entire staff was cordial and polite. When it came down to brass tacks, getting my nails done, they listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and made it happen! The owner Trish is one of the nicest people ever and remembers EVERYONE that comes in. From some one who has worked in the service industry for several years, I can absolutely say that this is the best nail service in Raleigh and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! more

nails toooo wide 12/27/2002

my nails they put on turned out too wide so all my nails looked like my thumb. the nail tech didn't speak english so when i tried to have her fix it she made it worse, so i just went home. picked them off, and never came back. Pros: enough nail techs Cons: odorous, cramped, too busy more
