One of the best attributes of Milton's is the service! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the waitresses are always friendly and helpful. My family and I have always had the best service there. They are so friendly with my kids and make it a fun family night out. We love this place. Pros: Great Service, Fresh Food more

bad trip 10/4/2008

the waitresses and hostesses tend to be rude. ellie, tracy, and one female with long blonde hair. they tend to be rude to female only.nicer to male patrons. they talk rude to female customers.walk away from the female customers while talking to them. they talk sarcastic. stand in front of them. and will not move.stand in front of female customers. not volunteer to move. and while at the cashier stand, they walk away in the middle of waiting on a female customer. while paying for a meal. and not come back. without not explination. or just stand there and say nothing and give a nasty look. rude waitresses could be monica, brooke, shay, vanessa, kelly, tracy, ashley and jill. jill will bring food to the tables of female customers . and put her hand on the food. often these waitress will be rude to tables where there is not a male at the table. they will walk up more to tables where there are male customers. often not spend much time at tables where there are female tables. they leave the bill on table and run away. they Ask questions that are obvious stupid. back talk rude. they will leave the table and spend little time as any. instead they will not wait on females and instead talk and gossip with co-workers.a manager is rude. she is white and has long blonde hair. she not like complaints. and often rude to customers that complain.some the waitress willnot volunteer to come to tables of female customers.often i see female customers get up from the table and to ask a waitress to come to the table. Pros: food Cons: bad service, rude employeees more

The lunch buffet rocks. 4/23/2008

I ate lunch here once a week for years until my job moved across town. The soups are made daily in-house, the salad bar is fresh and contains spinach (a HUGE plus to me), and I really like their pizza. The buffet also has a selection of pastas, sauces, meats, and if you're so inclined, a desert bar. Pros: The lunch buffet more

Great Food, Great Service 4/17/2008

A coworker brought me to Milton's for the buffet the other day- this place rocks! My wife and I went back for dinner with the kids two days later and they loved it too. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great- the wait staff was effecient, friendly, and fun. My wife loved the salad bar too. The Chesapeake shrimp pasta was really great- very tasty. Highly recommend Milton's for lunch and/or dinner. Pros: Fresh food, great friendly service Cons: parking more

My Favorite Restaurant 7/10/2007

Regarding the post about the charging for a childs buffet. I think seventy cents times the age for children under 10 is as fair as it gets. Many of a restaurants costs remain the same no matter how much a person eats. Pros: Very Friendly and helpful staff-Great fresh food more

Bland Food ....High Prices 3/23/2007

My family and i went to Miltons Wakefield and went during daytime hours for an after church lunch...They say its a ""family restaurant"" but whats really family friendly about charging a 2 year old for a buffett. The chicken was dried out and everything with sauce tasted bland. The pizza was soggy. The service was fine and timely but didnt make up for lack of quality. Miltons should do familys a favor and have 3 and under free for buffett...they rarely eat more then most people waste! Its obvious what the owner of Miltons is seeing in families....dollar signs!. more

Great Pizza 2/20/2007

My fiance and I go there all the time. We always get the same thing. We get a large pizza and the salad bar. I absolutely love the pizza. Great sauce. Also the salad bar is great.\r Great service as well. Pros: great pizza, great salad, great service Cons: can be noisy more

Milton's our family favorite 7/11/2006

My family and I began eating at Milton's Pizza on Six Forks Road about 10 years ago. It has become our ""family favorite"" because of the friendly atmosphere, great service, reasonable prices and great pizza. My children never complain when we say we are going to Milton's. Let me add that since we have moved we have also gone to the Milton's in Wake Forest and they are equally nice!!!! Keep up the good work Milton!!!! Pros: prices, customer service, and great pizza Cons: nothing more

Like being at home 8/20/2005

My family and I have eaten at Milton's for years. The staff is always so friendly and accomodating. The food is always fresh and tasty. The salad bar is the best in Raleigh! We also love the casual atmosphere- perfect for families. There is something for everyone on the menu or on the buffet. Pros: friendly staff, fresh food, great prices more

its not edible 7/20/2005

food for the masses. Cafeteria ambiance and quality as I was disgusted with the impersanation of italian food and pizza. My kids refused to eat the pizza, and with one bite to taste, I couldnt blame them. My chicken entree was bland and dry, and my my wifes pasta was way over cooked with sauce that was straight out of a can. Military food was better than this. Cons: disgusting, crowded more

A Consistent Pleasure 6/8/2005

My husband and I have been dining at Miltons for approximately 15 years. The staff is very friendly, the food is great, and our son loves it too. We've seen some of the same wait staff and managers there for over a decade, and they greet us warmly every time we walk in. They have a wonderful salad bar. I swelled up on their homemade cobblers when I was pregnant, and have been eating from the salad bar most of the time ever since! Pros: Friendly staff, Great food, Great location Cons: Can't think of any more

The Place To Go When You're Hungry! 5/28/2005

I just feel like my family away from home is at Milton's! Ive become a regular customer there and I'll continue to go there. I always walk in about to starve and walk out thinking I can't fit in my car to go home again! I think every city should have a place like Milton's! Pros: GREAT FOOD, WELCOMING STAFF, inexpensive Cons: often crowded more

All-around goodness 4/2/2004

Milton's is a great all-around place. We've been there several times since moving to North Raleigh, and the service has been friendly and efficient and the food is fresh and delicious. This is our favorite pizza in the area; the crust is nice and thick and the toppings are premium. I wish they delivered! Pros: good service, good food Cons: , no delivery more
