We have had several family cars repaired at Metro Auto Rebuild, and I would never take our vehicles anywhere else. Their service is the best! Ryan kept us informed along the way...

Worst

DO NOT USE THIS AUTO REBUILD!!! They took 6 weeks to replace a bumper on my CLK. Never called me even to return my phone calls. Then didn't even do a decent job, the bumper hung...

Quality is exceptional 5/11/2009

I had to have my children's cars repaired at Metro recently, and the work was exceptional. I will always recommend Metro. They kept me informed and work was finished when they told me it would be. Great job Metro!!! more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! 2/13/2009

This business is a joke! Customer service... they have no clue what that means. I brought my car in for an estimate and everyone was really nice and helpful. Once they got my business it took 6 months for the job they quoted me 3 weeks. There is ZERO communication and they dodge phone calls. They have a reputation for doing good work on high end cars but the job they did on mine was poor and they had my car for so long I didn't want to have the errors corrected because I feared it would take another 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else. more

COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN 11/23/2008

They fail to communicate anything. As a result, your always trying to get information regarding your vehicle. Even worse, there appears no communication in there office! The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing- resulting in very slow repairs. If you need drama in life- you'll get it here. If not, I wouldn't recommend it. more

Metro is the best! 11/22/2006

I have had several vehicles repaired at Metro Auto Rebuild, and would never go to anyone else. The workmanship is superb, and the cars were returned spotless and looking better than new! The staff was extremely helpful, and kept me well informed. They even let me know when one of the vehicles was not safe to drive, and arranged alternative transportation for me. I would highly recommend Metro to everyone! more

No complaints 7/19/2004

Metro was recommended to me by the dealer from whom I purchased my new car, in 1998. Since then I have brought the car in several times, and they have always done a good job and finished on time. No complaints. more
