The worst experience from a Florist I have ever had. I called and changed the shipping address 24 Hours in advance, even received a email confirmation stating the changes were made. They delivered to wrong address anyways. I specifically told them my wife would not be at work on Delivery Day which was on Valentines. Then they left them at front desk of the Hospital my wife works at. When contacted they told me the delivery was already setup and couldn't be changed, even though I had confirmation change of address was made. And the way we found out the Flowers were delivered to the wrong address is a co-worker called and told her that she had Flowers there. So I drive across town to get the Flowers from her job, and when I seen them, I was very disappointed also in the arrangement. I would highly recommend using a different Florist. more

i have ordered flowers from here several times and have been very pleased with the service. i believe that they have recently changed management, and it is for the better! all the orders that i have received or sent to others have always been fresh and beautifully arranged. much better than anywhere else for a very reasonable price. I have gotten many thanks for the GORGEOUS flowers i sent to my friends for their birthdays. The owners are very friendly and want their customers to be happy and i love how the inside of the shop looks like a garden! They also have cute little nick knacks, gifts and vases that i usually end up keeping for myself! I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone who want to send a good product.
