Mariners Crossing Apartment Homes

RATING IS MINUS 75. if you are looking for an apartment, try any other. Mariners goes through maintenance personnel and office often. The parkings here is horrible. The apartments are on the small size with little storage and their prices are far from other complex. It is a big complex so the parking is extremely bad, sometimes you park 2-5 buildings away and walk. If you works nights as I do, I do not feel safe. They do have a small dog park, it is used as one large toilet. So many people do not pick up after their dogs in the grass by the boulding let alone the park area. After talking with other dog lover, this has been discussed with the office, since the middle of last summer, when the smell has awful. I have spoken with alot of tenants and they are not using the park for the dogs to run. What I know from going to dog parks, of which alot of people and dogs play, everyone picks up after their dog and since it is illegal in NC law. So looking away from the problem, If lettin more

This place just gets worse and worse. Its a convenient location, but there is no parking, the units are just "decent", the rates are overpriced and climbing, and god forbid you have a problem that needs attention. This all being said, the very worst thing about this complex and the reason I am finally leaving, is the staff. I have been here 8 yars and there has been a steady rotation of people through the front office, but each group is less professional and more belligerent than the last (which is hard to do). They are unprofessional to say the least and think nothing of lying or creating drama where there should be none. I have to believe this is the kind of person Riverstone Residential hires, so I will make sure that my next place is noty owned by this company. I would not recommend this place to my worsst enemy. more

This used to be a less than desirable community based on their lower standards - however since the new management company has taken over - things seem to be looking up! A good location - close to Crabtree Valley Mall. more
