I have been a customer since around 1995 when Larry was in Winter Park. Service and customer appreciation continue on.

Worst

I would be interested in seeing the invoice for the wheel bearing you procured for this repair. I doubt the bearing came from Subaru and the cost at many part depots is less than...

1996 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel Repairs 3/19/2014

Great job in fixing all the lights, especially the intermittent front lights! Great job in fixing the minor coolant leak! Great job in servicing the transmission, engine oil, transfer case, and front differential! And most importantly of all, thanks for fixing the camper trailer lights for FREE! Can't beat that price anywhere. Job well done!!! more

window motor replacement 3/14/2014

Your work is always 5 out of 5 but it took from 730 am Monday morning til 4pm Tuesday afternoon.Parts were in stock you were shorthanded on mechanics.I could have been logged in and brought it back Tuesday and been without a vehicle for 1 day only. I still think your business is great but need a little more communication. more

Great service in a timely manner. 3/12/2014

Routine oil change. Got me in almost immediately. Received advice concerning other service, most likely with next oil change, and u was back on the road by 8:00. Again--great service in a timely manner. more

appointment was right on time service tech was excellent counter personal were right on top of my needs and I had a chance to talk with the BOSS Larry. The counter staff explained the difference in the shelf products and which were best for my car and why. Not the standard this is the best because it's the most expensive. I drive almost 100 miles to get my cars serviced by an expert and that's exactly what I get expert service. Keep up the good work Al more

Mazda Protege Service 2/19/2014

The Magic Mechanic did a great job in diagnosing and replacing the radiator. It was done right and they completed the job when promised. I would have given them 5 stars, but unfortunately they forgot to fill the overflow bottle with coolant. Luckily I had a bottle of coolant at home and filled the overflow bottle myself. Other than that, I will always take my vehicles to them to get serviced. more

tune up 2/1/2014

You guys rock. I now get a 21% increase in my gas millage after you tuned up my car. From 18 in the city to 24 and from 22 to 34 on the road is wonderful. I even got a 10% discount at Ihop while I waited for the repairs and oil change. I might also add that you did the same work that Lexus wanted $200.00 more for and you used the best oil out there not a cheap imitation that you pay more for. Again thanks and keep up the good work and your radio program is a great community service. Al Mollet more
