I have been a customer since around 1995 when Larry was in Winter Park. Service and customer appreciation continue on.

Worst

I would be interested in seeing the invoice for the wheel bearing you procured for this repair. I doubt the bearing came from Subaru and the cost at many part depots is less than...

Holding My Breath 6/4/2015

Took advice on a brake inspection and waited over four hours but it was worth it cause it cost much less than I expected. Honest work and good prices I always get. Thank you again. more

Oil Change 6/2/2015

Had an oil change done on my 02 Gran Marquis using AMSOIL Signature Series oil and had the hood struts replaced. The shop also rotated the tires free of charge. Parts and labor was just over $160.00. Over all a fair value and I will be back. more

1st Disappointment 6/1/2015

The first time I've been disappointed after a Magic Mechanic visit. One of the two things a bought it in for was a vibration throughout the car usually between 60-70 MPH. I was told it would be fixed (tires balanced and rotated) and test drove. When I left, it was a while before I could go that fast and when I did the vibration was just as bad or worse. No time then to take it back and wait again. Clearly wasn't test driven to the speed that mattered. The same service also included an oil change and transmission service and they seemed to be as advertised...no problems. more

2013 Corolla S 5/10/2015

I took your advice and switched to Amsoil & Amsoil transmission fluid at 4,000 miles and the 2002 Malibu still runs GREAT at 180,000 + miles. more

I need to get in & out in a short time. 4/28/2015

I need to get in & done in a short amount of time due to having a handicapped wife at home. JD always does his best to do that. I also like that you guys do a thorough check of my car when it is in your shop & let me know about any present or looming problems that need to be fixed. I also like the fact that JD & your other mechanics really seem to know their business. more

Having confidence in those that provide service saves me time. The verify as in "Trust but verify" is not needed with J.D. I have been doing business w/ M.M. since Fairbanks Ave in W.P. I have yet to be dis-satisfied. more
